Nanostructured Al Doped SnO2 Films Grown onto ITO Substrate via Spray Pyrolysis Route
We report on nanostructured films of Al doped tin oxide grown by facile spray pyrolysis route, and their physical properties were investigated. The sprayed films were grown onto indium tin oxide (ITO) substrate at 300 °C from the precursor (SnCl4, 5H2O). The content of Al is kept at 3 % in the solution. Structural, optical, electrical and surface properties were investigated. X-rays pattern rev...
متن کاملPhlogopite glass-ceramic coatings on stainless steel substrate by plasma spray
Macor coatings on 316 alloys substrates were prepared by plasma spraying. The crystallization temperature, thermal expansion coefficient of mica glass-ceramic were at 900ºC and 40× 10−7/◦C respectively. The microhardness of obtained glass-ceramic coating was 6.8GPa and the coefficient friction was 0.98 .
متن کاملMicrofluidic devices obtained by thermal toner transferring on glass substrate.
A new process for the manufacture of microfluidic devices based on deposition of laser-printing toner on glass substrates is described. It is an alternative method to the toner on polyester film (toner-polyester) one, previously introduced. Commercial laser printers cannot print directly on glass, thus the toner must first be printed on a special paper and then transferred by heating under pres...
متن کاملSynthesis of ZnO Nanoparticles by Spray Pyrolysis Method
Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles were synthesized by spray pyrolysis method using an aqueous solution of zinc acetate at various concentrations from 5 to 25 wt%. The decomposition of precursor solutions was carried out at 800, 1000 and 1200ºC under different atomizing pressures. The crystal structure and morphology of synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction ...
متن کاملNanocomposite mullite/mullite powders by spray pyrolysis
A mullite/mullite nanocomposite powder has been synthesized, composed of nanometer-size 3Al2O3 · 2SiO2 (‘3 : 2’) mullite precipitates within a matrix of the high alumina 2Al2O3 · SiO2 (‘2 : 1’) mullite. Historically, the transition from the metastable high-alumina phase to the thermodynamically stable ‘3 : 2’ phase of mullite has been thought to be a continuous process, involving a continuous s...
